In the middle of 2020 MAG Construction completed a major project on a Victorian terraced house in Twickenham. This included a full-width rear extension, total refurbishment of the ground floor area, adding a small WC, laundry room, creating a living room and an office area which can be opened up into one room, plus extending and moving the kitchen. We have also installed two roof lights.

Yet again we have gone above and beyond our client’s expectations for which they are delighted as are we as our aim is to improve from one project to the next always exceeding expectations.

”We had MAG Construction build our extension and renovate our ground floor, adding a small loo, laundry room, creating a living room and office area which can be opened up into one room, plus digging down and extending and moving the kitchen, and have done a superb job.

We started work 2 weeks before lockdown and they made sure that our site was secure and weather proof until they were able to restart. Throughout the build, they were considerate and responsive to any concerns or ideas. Daniel, the site foreman was taking into account our feedback and worked in tandem with our architect.

To start Mateusz' quote was very detailed, clear about everything that was included and what was not included. The financial schedule was defined upfront and strictly adhered to throughout.

Both Daniel and Mateusz were available with immediate response, at any time. For any items that we were required to purchase, they gave good and clear advice. Their crew were all invariably polite and left the site tidy at the end of each day. They also ensured that our neighbours were not unduly disturbed, and the site was made safe for them.

We have had two roof lights put in, with one being wood panelled, which looks absolutely beautiful and gives me great happiness when I see it every morning! All the finishes are to a very high standard, the herringbone oak floor is a thing of beauty, all the tiling in kitchen and toilet is perfect, all the paint work and trimming was done to very high standard and once done, any small snags were fixed.

At the end of the build, while the builders were cleaning away all the tools, they had a professional cleaner come in and clean the whole of the new project, remove all protective coverings, and give everything a final polish.

We would highly recommend MAG Construction for any building works, they are very professional, adaptable and reliable.
