Our team completed a significant contract on an Victorian apartment in Balham. The plan was to convert the loft to provide a new open plan with kitchen and living room.

This luxurious apartment is presented in unbelievable design, adorned with period fire places, stylish parquet flooring throughout and incorporated fantastic steel doors that connect the internal space to the patio, while bringing lots of light in.

This project improves the usability of the space for everyday living purposes, as well as really impressing with its clever design features and finishing touches. During the project the entire apartment was refurbished. This included reconfiguring the first floor, creating two new bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a sitting room.

A private garden and two terraces was also landscaped by MAG Construction LTD.

All this bespoke work tailored the apartment for the specific needs of the client and now they are enjoying their beautiful refurbished home.
